Piston Mechanisms
This bed has a lifetime warranty on the air-piston mechanism. This warranty applies to all metal parts, and only applies to the original Murphy bed owner. If you ever have a mechanism problem, contact our Customer Service department for more information on piston replacement. This warranty is not applicable for rental or commercial properties.

Can I remove the two inner blocks?
Yes, the two inner blocks are purely for aesthetics, to balance out the design. If you would like them removed, just let us know.
Is installation hard?
The installation for this wall bed is actually quite simple. All you will need are a few tools, a ladder and a power drill for mounting. Installation time varies depending specific upgrades, but generally takes more customers 90 minutes .
What type of mattress do I need?
You can use any standard mattress from any company provided the depth of the mattress is no more than 12 inches. This will allow you to leave the bed made (minus the pillows).
