We offer shipping to any location in the continental U.S. for one very low flat rate… $299!* For less than $300 you can have a Murphy Bed, up to two bookcases and a mattress delivered to your home. Compare that to other Murphy Bed retailers that charge up to $700 just for one wall bed. Want to add a corner computer desk to your order? No problem. Just add $50 to your shipping charges.
In addition to offering you a low flat shipping rate, we also do not charge sales tax on any of our Murphy Beds. This small detail can equal big savings – up to $300 based on where you live. With an exemption like that, it’s as though you’re having your Murphy Bed shipped for FREE! Doesn’t get much better than that.

Receiving Your Murphy Bed
Our Murphy Beds are custom built and handcrafted once you place your order. We do not have an enormous factory that mass-produces wall beds, nor have we computerized our manufacturing process to cut corners and save money. We build every Murphy Bed from scratch – the old fashion way.
Because of this, we cannot offer next day shipping like some other Murphy Bed retailers. What we can offer is quality, unmatched craftsmanship and a Murphy Bed that will be as beautiful 20 years from now as it is the day you receive it.
Since our Murphy Beds are hand made, our production timeframe typically takes three to five weeks. After production, your Murphy Bed lands at our distribution center, where it is hand–inspected to guarantee the highest finish quality and construction. Once we sign off, your Murphy Bed is securely packaged for shipment.
Shipping & Handling
At this point, you will receive an email notification stating that your item is ready for shipment. If you are ready to receive your Murphy Bed, we will ship within 48 hours. If you indicate that you are not yet ready for your order, we will be happy to store your Murphy Bed up to one month, free of charge. Please note that after 30 days, there is a $15/week warehousing fee.
We ship our Murphy Beds using the finest freight companies out there, to ensure you receive your bed on time and in perfect condition. Please note that while we do our best to ensure that your Murphy Bed arrives when it’s most convenient for you, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. If you find that you absolutely must have a pre-determined delivery date and time, please contact our customer service department.
After your Murphy Bed has left our facility, you will receive an email from us with your shipment tracking number which you will be able to track.
Once our freight carrier has possession of your Murphy Bed they will ship your order straight to the local distribution center in your area. The freight company will then contact you, via email, to schedule a delivery window.
Arrival of your Murphy Bed
Our freight companies provide curbside drop off. This means that you will be responsible for transporting your Murphy Bed inside your home and will most likely need two people to carry the items. If you do not have someone that can help you accept delivery, or you think you would like some additional assistance, you can upgrade your order with our TurnKey Delivery option.
We recommend opening your package outside and moving package contents individually. Your Murphy Bed will come disassembled in five pieces. A single person can carry four of the five pieces. The fifth piece will require an extra hand as it weighs approximately 150 pounds and is the size of a mattress.
Please inspect your Murphy Bed promptly. All furniture damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of landing. If any damages are found, please note them on the driver's BOL and visit our Customer Service page.
