At Old Creek we want you to be perfectly
satisfied with your Murphy Bed. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
we will gladly exchange your Murphy Bed for one that you love, or provide

What are the

Murphy Bed that will be built into my wall, can you customize a recessed
Murphy Bed for me?
Absolutely. Give our Customer Service department a call for wall opening
sizes required for recessed Murphy Beds.
I would like
to stain/paint my Murphy Bed on my own. Do you offer your Murphy Beds
unfinished?
We sure do. Unfinished
Murphy Beds are discounted $100, while unfinished bookcases are discounted $50.
Can you build
a Murphy Bed that will match my current furniture's stain?
We're happy to try. Send us a sample of what
you’re looking for and we’ll have our finishing experts take a
look and call you with their analysis. Contact our Customer

What is the
difference between Oak and Maple?
While maple is an open-grained hardwood that has
alternating areas of relatively porous and dense wood causing an
accentuation of grain pattern, oak is closed-grained,
demonstrating a more uniform grain texture throughout furniture. To see

I have low
ceilings. Can I customize the height of my Murphy Bed?
Absolutely. Customize the height of our queen Murphy Beds to any measurement between 87.5" and 85" for an additional
$100.
Do you carry
Horizontal Murphy Beds?
We sure do. Our Horizontal Murphy Bed utilizes the same high-tech Murphy Bed mechanism as our other collections, however the Horizontal Murphy Bed raises and lowers the mattress on its side, rather than the foot of the folding bed. Can I purchase the air piston mechanism separately? I am only interested in the Murphy Bed mechanism hardware.
Unfortunately, no. We do not sell any of our Murphy Bed hardware separately.

How long
does it take to receive a Murphy Bed after an order is placed?
Your custom built-to-order Murphy Bed
will be ready for shipment in approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Standard
shipping time is approximately 3-5 days.
Is
installing an Old Creek Murphy Bed difficult?
Installation is quite simple. All you need is a
screwdriver, a stud finder and a ladder. Installation time is
