All of our clearance Murphy Beds and bookcases are sold in as-is condition. These are close out items. We have snapped an actual picture of each item to post here on our site. Please note that these are high quality items, even though the pictures may be sub-par. Our camera man was a little lazy :)
There are no structural damages on these items, unless clearly stated in item description. Many of the Murphy Beds and bookcases on clearance have simply been sitting in our warehouse for over 5 months and need to be cycled out.
Please note that while these items have been finished using our standard six-step hand finishing process, they might not perfectly match newly produced items due to wood's individual characteristics and the natural aging process.
