Common Questions
How big are the individual pieces?When you pick up your item it will be in five individual pieces. The largest piece weighs about 150 lbs and is the size of the mattress. For example, if you ordered a queen bed, this piece will be 62" wide by 82" long. We recommend that you bring a trailer that will enable the largest piece to lay flat; this minimizes the risk of damage in transport. To ensure that you will be able to transport it safely, please see the below dimensions table.

Will I need to bring someone else to help load my vehicle?The heaviest item requires two adults to lift. We will provide one staff member who can assist in the loading of this item. Please make sure that you also have someone who is capable of lifting heavy items. | ||||||||||||
Is there anything you are unable to help me with?We will assist in the loading process but because of liability issues we are unable to apply the straps or ties that secure the item nor can we help tie down the load. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure safe transport of the item as we are not responsible for damages sustained to the item after it leaves our premises. | ||||||||||||
Should I bring any supplies?We recommend that you bring blankets and ratchet style tie-down straps. If you don't have ratchet straps, then you can use regular rope, just make sure to know a good knot or two ;) | ||||||||||||
What days are you open for me to pick the items up?Our warehouse hours are Monday thru Thursday 9am - 12:30pm & 1:30pm - 4pm | ||||||||||||
