I am so happy we decided to get a Murphy bed instead of the regular queen bed we had in our spare room. We have guests staying over for perhaps 6 weeks out of the year so it seemed silly to have an entire room taken over by this bed. Now that we have the Murphy bed the other 46 weeks we can use the room as home office courtesy the handy fold down table. I love my Murphy bed!! The quality and functionality of my furniture is better than I even expected. The bed gets rave reviews from visitors. It is also beautiful and functional (drop-down tables) the other 99% of the time when the room is used as my quilting studio.Overall Quality Aesthetics Functionality Shipping
The shipping process, on the other hand was less than ideal. I asked about installation and was told the bed would be easy to get into the room by my husband and I by a customer service representative, and this was absolutely not true. The company was very nice, responsive and apologetic after the fact, but nothing could be done. I had to take off doors and hire a team of movers to bring the bed into the room, not cheep, not easy. If the company could provide a weight estimate for the piece to the consumer, and accurate information from their representatives, this would not have happened. So a small snafu became a large expensive issue. Anyhow, now that it is installed I am BEYOND happy with the furniture and have referred friends.

Again we are truly sorry that one of our newer customer service reps had relied incorrect information to you. We have since resolved this by increasing the amount of training each new rep undergoes. We're happy that once the bed got into its designated room, that you're very happy with it!

I was surprised at how fast my bed arrived after notice of shipping. I installed it alone and it only took about one hour. Everyone who has visited is trying to decide where they can use an Old Creek Murphy Bed. It has happened so much I keep the web site in my bookmarks for easy referral. We really like our wallbed with the drop down table that we use most of the time. It looks great in the room. The only drawback is the effort to install it, so if you can afford to pay to have it brought in the house and assembled I would, but we managed ourselves to carry it in the house and install it.Overall Quality Aesthetics Functionality Shipping

We ordered two queen wall beds from Wallbed Factory and also a tower to go between them with shelves, a cabinet, and a pullout shelf and are very pleased with them. They look and work great. Everyone that sees them thinks they are outstanding. They were very easy to install too. The process for ordering them was very pleasant too, we went to the show room, picked the style, finishes and costum work we wanted. We have the table option on the outside of the beds, and wanted a blackboard as well, that was no problem. The beds went into a new construction house, and I think the contractor was so impressed that he was going to use them in some other houses, including his own! Thanks for a wonderful product. This bed turned a den into an attractive "garden stlyle" bedroom for my mom who moved in with us. When the bed is up, we often pull down the table, pleasently was larger than expected, to use as craft table, game, reading and studying, computer laptop table, etc. It like she has two rooms in one.
