Can I request a finish sample?

Of course you can! To obtain a sample swatch please use the following Color Swatch Request Form. If you require more than 2 colors, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-975-8451.

Can I changed the overall height of my bookcase?

Of course you can. You can add height to make you bookcase the same height as your Murphy bed or you can shorten the bookcase if you like. This is a custom charge. If you would like to add width or additional length above the height of your Murphy bed, please contact our Customer Service Department.

We ordered two queen wall beds from Wallbed Factory and also a tower to go between them with shelves, a cabinet, and a pullout shelf and are very pleased with them. They look and work great. Everyone that sees them thinks they are outstanding. They were very easy to install too. The process for ordering them was very pleasant too, we went to the show room, picked the style, finishes and costum work we wanted. We have the table option on the outside of the beds, and wanted a blackboard as well, that was no problem. The beds went into a new construction house, and I think the contractor was so impressed that he was going to use them in some other houses, including his own! Thanks for a wonderful product. Ourmurphy bed is located in our guest room so is not used on a regular basis. However, all of our guests say that it is very comfortable* and love the look of the wall unit when bed is not in use. The end units provide space for the guests personal belongings and some of our things as well. I have slept on it myself and also think it is very comfortable. I have recommended your company to many of our friends *we purchased the mattress from you. (Posted on 9/4/07)
